Cancellation Policy

*Toll charges extra as per fastag usage. *Driving Licence / Adharcard / Local Proof is mandatory in case of self-drive. *User liability of tyre puncture or tube replacement, In case of accident tyre burst user liable for tyre cost. *Fuel condition is Full tank to Full tank or Same to Same as per given at the time of delivery in case of Self-drive. *Full liability of Driver in case of any kind of Accident | Vehicle Damages | Breaking the Law or Legal issue. *Over Speed Penalty is INR.1000 | Speed Limit Maximum 100KM/Hrs *Minimum Damages Charges are INR.5000 or it is applicable as per Damage Estimate given by AMPL associate *workshop.User full liable to pay estimate amount in case of self drive. *User fully liable in case of Tyre Puncture | Tyre Burst or accident by the third party fault in case of Self Drive *Minimum INR.5000 Deposit for a booking of Self Drive car it is Variable as per Car Segment *Deposit will be forfeited in case of Negligence by User with the Car or AMPL Policy Or Staff *No cancallation once payment or vehicle reservation is done. *Deposit or any refund takes minimum 5-7 days to credit in account. *If any dues from user sides, Deposit will be on hold.
